What to expect?

Prenatal Yoga

Each prenatal yoga session will be tailored to your needs and also incorporate essential prenatal postures and flowing movement with emphasis on:

  • Exploring intentions for motherhood and witnessing your transformation

  • postural alignment for pregnancy

  • strengthening and stretching where you need it

  • pelvic floor toning and relaxation

  • supportive props (blocks, cushions and chairs)

  • active birthing and yogic tools for birth

  • pregnancy safe pranayama (breath control and freedom)

  • guided meditations (including visualisations for pregnancy)

  • relaxation to rejuvenate you throughout pregnancy.
