Our yoga offerings are tailored to meet you where you are along your journey. Select from our group classes, private sessions and workshops below.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Class

Our Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga class is designed to bring women together throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant with baby on board or postpartum, these classes are for you. Receive essential yoga guidance and care to nurture you during this life changing time.

Transform your pregnancy and motherhood experience with other likeminded women, through our weekly Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Class. Commit to yourself and your pregnancy experience as you prepare for babies birthday and experience early motherhood. Open to any level of yoga experience.

Mums & Bubs Yoga Class

Practice yoga with your baby and connect through movement, breathwork, touch and sound. Receive mindful guidance in a nurturing and supportive environment and share the journey with other likeminded women and their babies.

Community Yoga Class

Our Community Yoga is a slow flow class with origins in vinyasa and hatha yoga. A gentle space to reconnect to your natural rhythm, stretch, breathe, and land back home in your body. Each session provides an invitation to come together, slow down, and move with mindful awareness. You’ll be guided through grounded postures, breathwork, and gentle flow — no experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to listen inward. Designed for all bodies

Private Yoga Session

Private Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga

Tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey, private prenatal and postnatal yoga offers one-to-one support grounded in care, safety, and embodied listening. Each session is thoughtfully guided to support physical comfort, emotional steadiness, and nervous system regulation, with practices evolving to meet your changing needs — from pregnancy, to birth preparation, to gentle postpartum restoration. Sessions may be enjoyed privately or shared with a partner or close support person. Bookings are available from 1hr to 2hrs depending on your needs.

Private General Yoga

A personalised and mindful yoga experience tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Drawing from gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga, these one-to-one or shared sessions offer space to slow down, reconnect to your natural rhythm, and deepen your relationship with body, mind and breath. Each private session is thoughtfully guided to support strength, mobility, rest, and nervous system regulation, with time to move, pause, and listen inward. Suitable for all bodies and stages of life, with options to book 1hr or 2hr sessions depending on your needs. You’re welcome to enjoy this experience solo or share it with a partner or friend.

Sacred Circle

Group Gathering

Our Sacred Circle offers a wholesome gathering that honours and strengthens women throughout life stages, with specialist expertise in holding space for you along your journey of creating new life. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant with baby on board or postpartum with baby in arms our Sacred Circle will meet you were you are.

Come together and experience yoga informed practices, healing techniques, mindfulness, restoration, guided meditation, authentic storytelling, deep listening, nourishment and ceremony.

Suitable for all women seeking connection, authenticity and grounding.

Private Gathering

Gather with a select group of your choosing. Options of either a 2hour or 3hour Private Circle. Maximum of 6 people per booking. Suitable for any level of yoga or mindfulness experience.
