Our Postnatal Yoga offerings are designed to support you throughout postpartum and early motherhood. Practice modified yoga postures & relaxation techniques in a safe & supportive environment. Enhance your recovery after childbirth, steadily build strength where you need it, ease common postnatal aches & pains and nurture your motherhood transformation.

Suitable from 6weeks postpartum to around 2years postnatally, as a guide. Open to any mummas returning to yoga practice looking for tailored support and expertise.

What to expect?

Yoga for postnatal / postpartum

Each class incorporates essential postnatal postures and flowing movement with emphasis on: 

  • Postural alignment for postpartum bodies

  • targeted pelvic floor and deep abdominal activation built on over time

  • strengthening and stretching where you need it

  • supportive props (blocks and cushions)

  • rejuvenating pranayama (breath control and freedom)

  • guided meditations (including body scans and nature informed visualisations)

  • relaxation to allow you to rest and unwind.

Experience some much needed “me time” and care for your mind and body. Supporting you to regain your strength, connect with yourself so that you can be present and restored as you embrace the forever evolving role of mother.
