Our Community Yoga a slow flow class with origins in vinyasa and hatha yoga.

A gentle space to reconnect to your natural rhythm, stretch, breathe, and land back home in your body.

This class is an invitation to come together, slow down, and move with mindful awareness. You’ll be guided through grounded postures, breathwork, and gentle flow — no experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to listen inward.
